Fences on the outside of the jungle camp. England has spent 12 million pounds in tax money in 2015 to reinforce the fences around the Calais highway and the entrance of the eurotunnel. 200 million has been spent since 2010.

Every night hundreds of migrants go out in attempt to reach England. At the entrance of the camp, on the top of the highway, the police is constantly watching. Tear gas is regularly thrown into the jungle camp to restrain them from getting out.

On December 17th 2015, followed by an evening of major tear gas; 200 hundred white flags were hang around the jungle as an statement of peace.
